Flow not triggering on Dynamics Record Added

I create a cloud flow to trigger on record added, modified, deleted.
 
I set Change Type to /Added/ (also tried Added or Modified)
I set the table to Work Order Services
I set the scope to Organization (I'm the only one in the Organization and have all rights and privileges)
 
When I create a new Work Order Service in a work order, the flow never triggers?
 
Why?

    1.Checking the selected environment:
    2.Is the selected table the right one, Maybe there's a renaming?
    3.Try to clear cache of the browser.
