Error status 503

Hi all,
 
I would like your input on an issue that I'm currently experiencing using the D365 Commerce site builder.
 
I've recently activated the new feature for the omnichannel media however, I'm currently experiencing the following issue:
 
When attempting to enter the Media Library module, as seen on the below screenshot, I get 4 notification errors stating: /Request GET v1/letera-business/sites/MD7Pc/assets/search failed with status 503./
 
And no images are displayed (the expectation would be to see the images from the template Adventure Works business site).
 
And to add even more confusion to the current situation, if I attempt to upload a new image I get the following error message (regardless of the size or type of the image that I'm attempting to upload):

 
 
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, can you specify if the issue is due to some customization. Did others can reproduce your issue on the standard environment. If the answers are yes, I think you can submit a SR to Microsoft for further investigation.
