Regarding Packing List Issue

Hi,
 
We have an issue with packing lists not showing all pallet information even though packing list is detailed in the pallet tracking table
 
4 sales orders/shipment cards added to the 1 packing list but the pallet no is only pulling for the first order and not the other 3 – please can you review and advise why this is?

    this seems not to be out of box BC feature. could you advise if this is an extension and the name?
