Customers have changed. Run "Unify Customer profiles and dependencies" on Unify page to update.

Hi Everyone,

before I now reset the environment for the third time I hope for some input from your side as I am desperate.

We set up CI with segments and measures and it works fine. At some time after a while of running smoothless, after a Unification the a.m. Error appears above the customers.:

This leads to a power bi report set up on Base of this data getting multiple entries in the customer Table with the same CustomerID and therefore messing up our relationships but also to the fact that the customers where i get multiple entries for the same ID are not correctly displayed in CI.

No matter how often I run the Unification - the error only is fixed by resetting the whole (!) environment.

Any hints on how to fix this?

BR
