How are you testing the printer from POS? When you try to print an X report or declare the start amount what error are you getting?  Do you see any prints in the Queue?
Try to use a simple printer name without any white spaces and make sure that you enter the same name in the hardware profile.

    Hello Shafeeque Mohammed,

Yes the test page is able to proceed from control panel.
Curently the topology is we installed the store commerce program on our POS device(HP PC).
Before use the windows device, we was using the OPOS with Epson receipt printer and cash drawer. This works.
    But for now, none works...

    Could you please advise? Thanks

When you configure a Windows printer, the printer is addressed using the printer name configured on the POS/windows device. Your configurations seem to be ok.
    • Are you able to test print from printer properties in Windows control panel?
    • Can you tell us what is the topology (SCA with shared HW station, SCA Shared with dedicated HW station, CloudPOS with shared HWS, etc )?  Based on the documentation, windows printers are not supported on the IIS Hardware station.
    • Do other peripherals work properly?
