I have Tier 1 environment and was tying to find link to browse Online Store/E-Comm site. Is it available for Tier 1 Environment?

You can’t use a tier 1 box for e-commerce testing as lot of flows won’t work. You can refer below thread on a similar topic.

Tier 1 environment doesn't come with ecommerce. You need a tier 2+ environment to deploy and use Dynamics 365 e-commerce.

If you just want to browse the site, try the below official demo sites.

https://cdx-contoso-coffee.commerce.dynamics.com/
