Seeing survey respondent name instead of "Marketing respondent"

Hi,

We have been sending customer voice surveys via Dynamics marketing to contacts in the dataverse. Taking this approach allows us to view the contact that have responded in Customer Voice. In a similar survey we sent out recently, we noticed that under "respondents", most appeared as "marketing respondents" while only a couple showed the name of the contact.

In the image below, the ones marked in yellow showed up as names. Unsure what is the reason behind the rest of the contacts showing as marketing respondents. In our experience, when we send out customer voice survey as part of an email on Dynamics Marketing, we are always able to see names of respondents. Except for this time. Has anyone experienced this before or has a solution?

We are also experiencing this issue when sending Customer Voice surveys through Real-time Marketing. This issue was first raised over 2 years ago. Hopefully it is being worked on.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I am still facing the same issue when sending out Customer voice surveys through Real-time email journeys.
