Store Commerce Activation Failed

Hi everyone, I am trying to setup store commerce on my local VM, CPOS is activated successfully, but while running store commerce I am getting error on step 1. This is the error message I am getting from event viewer:
WebView event: ViewsCloudDeviceActivationViewActivationFailed
The device activation operation failed. usedPreActivatedToken: false
{
  /usedPreActivatedToken/: false
}

    If all tests are passed, another reason for activation failure is also mentioned in the official documentation, which is the case mentioned by Shafeeque, you can check it out.

    When the retail server and POS client run on the same machine. You need to enable the loopback exemption so that POS can talk to local resources.
     
     
    You can refer to the post from my blog on how to enable loopback exemption using different tools. It is an old post authored for MPOS, should work for Store commerce as well.

    I have checked everything, healthcheck, all tests are passed and CPOS is activating without any error, while trying to use store commerce I am only getting this in event logs:

    Hi,
    According to the information in the screenshot, there is a connection error when you activate the application. You can first troubleshoot according to this document, which provides solutions for situations where a connection error occurs or the URL is invalid.
