We are in need of being able to create an Outlook event when we create a booking for our techs. How can we do this?

    Hi,

    List the relevant contact resource in the booking via List Rows.

    Make this contact a required attendee for the outlook calendar event.
    An email is then sent to the attendee (that contact).

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

    Hi,

    You can use the Outlook Create Event (V4) in Power Automate Flow to synchronize created bookings.

    Start time expression: formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()?['body/starttime'],'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss')
    End time expression: formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()?['body/starttime'],'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss')
