Dear Microsoft Team,
 
This is to inform that I'm trying to recover my very own account which is luqmaan96@hotmail.com. I have the absolute ownership since my Facebook account too is opened via that account. 
 
Unfortunately I really couldn't make any changes for the number when I had changed when I was working in Qatar where the number is +974 33239144, I have no other option to enter the number which I'm using currently. I do have my MCP certificates in the account luqmaan96@hotmail.com. 
 
Please do consider the above account which I'm really in need of.

Recovery Email - luqmaanmohammed@yahoo.com
